Terms of service

The terms governing this website, and the outline terms on which the AllHourDesk service is provided to hotels.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and ALLHOURDESK LIMITED, a private company limited by shares with company number 823802 (“AllHourDesk”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website you accept the website terms in section 2. Use of the AllHourDesk service itself is governed by a separate written agreement with the hotel concerned; sections 3 onwards summarise the principles on which we contract, but they do not replace that agreement and the signed agreement prevails in the event of any conflict.

2. Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our service. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment about functionality, timelines or results.

The site, its text, design, logos and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You may read and share it; you may not copy it wholesale, misrepresent it as your own, or use our name or marks without written permission.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it unlawfully.

3. What the service does

AllHourDesk answers telephone calls made to a hotel's line, converses with callers using an AI voice agent, queries availability in the hotel's connected systems, places temporary holds, issues payment links, and confirms or cancels reservations — as configured by and on the instructions of that hotel.

The agent identifies itself as an AI at the start of every call.

4. The hotel's responsibilities

  • Providing accurate rates, availability, policies and property information, whether directly or through a connected system. The agent can only convey what your systems return.
  • Deciding how calls are routed to us, and holding the necessary rights over the telephone number used.
  • Acting as data controller for guest personal data, including deciding whether calls are recorded and setting retention periods — see our privacy policy.
  • Honouring reservations that the service confirms on your behalf, on the terms quoted to the guest.
  • Meeting your own obligations to guests under consumer and hospitality law.

5. Our responsibilities

  • Providing the service with reasonable skill and care.
  • Not quoting rates or availability the connected systems have not returned — where a lookup fails, the agent reports a technical problem rather than inventing an answer.
  • Handling payment through a PCI-compliant hosted payment page, so that card data does not enter our systems or yours.
  • Maintaining a log of calls and booking actions so that any disputed reservation can be reconstructed.
  • Releasing holds that are not paid for within the configured window, so unpaid rooms return to sale.

6. Availability and telephony

The service depends on third-party telephony, speech, payment and hosting providers, and on the availability of your own systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Where call forwarding is used, your existing telephone arrangements remain with your carrier and forwarding can be disabled by you at any time, restoring your previous setup.

7. Payments

Guest payments are collected through our payment processor. Funds are settled to the hotel or to the platform as set out in the signed agreement and in the hotel's payment configuration. Refunds are initiated through the same channel as the original payment.

Fees payable by hotels for the service are set out in the signed agreement.

8. Liability

Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for a booking error is assessed against the value of the reservation concerned. Any further limits or exclusions of liability are set out in the signed agreement.

9. Term and termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the signed agreement. On termination we will stop answering calls on your line, and you should disable any forwarding to us. We will return or delete guest data in accordance with the data processing agreement and applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Changes to the terms of a signed service agreement are made in accordance with that agreement.
